Customer Requirement
Joint with manual bagging, sealing and packing production line; it should be performed the automatic stacking instead of manual;
Compatible with 5-50kg, total 5 kind of specification of the rice bag.
Troubleshooting
A table of RMD200 transportation robot and a piece of flexible double-fixture are matched with the corresponding push，leading conveyor line, conveyor line of height adjustment, flat conveyor line and capture conveyor line;
The capture of robot uses the flexible design, and the manual can adjust the two fixtures distance with one hand, capture the distance with two hands to achieve the multiple specifications.
Application effect
Joint with the manual production line to achieve the automatic technology schedule of the rice packages such as the push, leading, height adjustment, flat, capture and stacking;
Use the method of manual adjustment replacement, reduce the replacement time by the MPG, rocking bar, etc., improve the operation efficiency, and compatible with 5 specifications of the rice packages.
