Viewing from end-face, the screw is that two arcs are tangential with another arc of the center, and the forms the dual-screw based upon the workpiece rotation.

The radius (that is X1O1 value) of arc gear can be calculated based upon each condition, so that each value of triangle X1O1O can be computed, and then X1 can be changed into the corresponding equal points of X2, X3, each value is then computed therefore; the corresponding Z value is relevant equal component. In this way, the corresponding program can be achieved then.
The corresponding path of each point can be come out based upon the above-mentioned analysis; firstly to perform the rough turning, machining of single side is 0.5mm, and then reserve 0.1mm fine-turning; lastly, it can be completed.
